Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
The following conditions apply to receive a refund:
The customer must provide the original sales receipt.
The product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
The product must be free from damage, markings, or modifications.
The product item must be returned in its original condition with tags intact.
SHIPPING COST, CUSTOMS & DUTY FEE
The shipping cost is non-refundable.
Customs and duty are non-refundable.
If a mistake is made from our side, all shipping expenses will be our responsibility.
SALE AND PROMOTION
We do not allow any returns or refunds for an item that is purchased during a sale or promotional event.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the product being returned. If the products are lost or damaged by the carrier during return shipping to UNOO Trading Co LLC. UNOO will not be held responsible for the loss.
PRODUCT REFUND DENIAL: You will be notified if the returned product does not meet the requirements to qualify for a refund.
If the product does not meet the return requirements, we will hold the product for 7 days, and you may request a pickup through a courier at your expense.
If the product is not picked up by the end of the 7-day hold period, you will lose all claims to the returned product. UNOO Trading Co LLC reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed product after the 10 days.
TIME FRAME
The refund credit will reflect on your account within 7-14 business days.
